Cut off the distributor logo on both sources, so all parts could be exchanged without
any delays! Used the audio from the regular Blu-ray (same mixdown as the one from the
UHD disc - just higher bitrate)! Subtitles from both discs, all tonemapped to match
exactly those from UHD disc - 68% white!
