The narrative revolves around two sisters, Britney and Tia, who share an intimate moment before being joined by Keith for a three-way encounter. Later, Tia receives a call from her doctor and reveals to Keith that she is pregnant. She suggests keeping the news from Britney and proposes they move in together to start a family. Unbeknownst to them, Britney overhears their conversation and becomes enraged. When they return, Britney offers them drinks laced with drugs. The following day, Tia finds herself tied to a bed, and Keith is restrained in a chair nearby. Both are unconscious until Tia is awakened by Britney, who begins to enact a plan for revenge. Britney tightens Tia's restraints to the point of choking her, then suffocates Keith with a bag until he loses consciousness. Afterward, she engages in sexual acts with Keith while Tia suffers. Britney ultimately makes Keith climax inside her before suffocating him to death. Following their demise, she caresses her stomach, indicating her intent to carry Keith's child, and leaves with a sinister smile.
