NOTES
[*]Demuxed with latest DGDemux with DV merge function.
[*]Audio was from the UHD, as it's identical to the previous USA Blu-ray and AUS among others, it did have a better loudness balance, but it's all the same thing, the same loud audio that is common in those days, the others that reduced the loudness, still have the same waveforms.
Comparison: USA UHD Blu-ray, AUS Blu-ray, FRA Blu-ray, GBR Blu-ray, POL Blu-ray, NLD Blu-ray, JPN Blu-ray, NOR Blu-ray, CZE/HUN Blu-ray, GER Blu-ray
[*]Commentary was from the FRA lossless, as it had better dynamic range than any other, so it was synced with fps changed,
Comparison: Metropolitan FRA Blu-ray, Shout Factory UHD Blu-ray, EiV GBR Blu-ray, Universal Studios USA Blu-ray
[*]Included optional British spelling from GBR Blu-ray, among plenty of others which were synced and tonemapped to same % as the UHD. Likewise srts were synced. Named chapters derived from the AUS Blu-ray has it had more than the GBR one, however I added the first one from GBR co-joined, as the AUS only had a bad one named "e;start"e;. All chapters matching scene changes/I-frames of remux.
