Additional Notes

Audio:
- BDInfo/eac3to says both audio tracks are 24-bit, but when demuxed without any flags they demux to 16-bit.

Commentaries:
- The commentary included on the KL disc is labelled as new but it's the same commentary track from the NTSC disc.
- Commentary #2 sounds terrible in the sense that it's either way too close to the director's mouth or there's no pop filter
and/or both. However, still opted to include it since it contains different content from the commentary on the KL disc + BLOAT.

Subtitles:
- DeSDH/OCR subtitles from KL disc
- Tonemapped and synced subtitles from additional discs
- Excluded the forced ENG subtitles for foreign dialogues from the GER disc due to the KL disc having that dialogue hardcoded
on screen as an overlay
