Set in a fictional era between past and future, the story unfolds in the fantastical realm of Felatia, where two scientists, including a character named Virginia, seek to liberate the populace from the oppressive rule of a dictator known as Big Member. Big Member controls society through a drug called Bliss, which suppresses sexual desire. The screenplay, credited to Barbara Brown, offers a humorous twist on the title "Big Member Is Watching You," a nod to George Orwell's dystopian novel "1984." The narrative is set 1000 years in the future, featuring Mick Blue as John Thomass, a scientist portrayed with exaggerated expressions. The film is dubbed in English, with some characters adopting British accents. In this totalitarian world, citizens are mandated to consume a daily Bliss tablet to curb their sex drive. Bob Terminator plays the role of Big Member, whose image dominates the society of Felatia. The storyline reveals that Big Member was once the king and developed the anti-sex formula after conflicts with rebel groups. Mick Blue and another character, Nicol, rebel against this regime by refraining from taking Bliss and attempt to weaken Big Member's control by awakening his brother, portrayed by David Perry. They enlist the help of Rita Faltoyano, whose allure helps revive the brother from his stupor, resulting in explicit scenes. Ultimately, Big Member discovers the rebellion but joins in the ensuing activities, culminating in a positive resolution where he renounces the use of Bliss, restoring sex as a cherished part of society. The film concludes on a light-hearted note, with Big Member delivering a humorous final line.
