Policewoman Teleela is the Captured Cop, TIED_N_CUFFED

A policewoman enters a hotel room during a robbery and catches the perpetrator in the act. Despite having the upper hand, she struggles to open her speed cuffs. The robber seizes the opportunity, overpowers her, and uses her own cuffs to restrain her wrists behind her back. To prevent her from escaping, the robber also secures her ankles with additional handcuffs. The policewoman attempts to break free but is unable to do so. The robber then removes her shoes and connects both sets of cuffs, placing her in a hogcuff position. The robber questions the policewoman's choice of footwear, suggesting she may not be authentic. Ultimately, the robber believes that her inability to escape is what matters most.
